There's a program that is on the operating system's disk called DELPART,
look for it or search the internet for it.
It will delete non-dos and NTFS partitions.

  It has to see the partition to delete it and NTFS is a non dos partition
  isn't it. I just know that the older fdisk can't see and thus can't delete
  NTFS. I can't recall whether the newer fdisk will delete them.
