trendmicro antivirus reset system to prior configuration.

This was after a power outage. The usable monitor screen is now about
95% of a full screen with the viewable image bowed out on both sides.
I have tried getting the side arrowes to activate to stretch(no luck).
I have also tried the setting and adjusting the screen 800 to 600 vs
1020 to 1200(approx), excetera, but no luck).
What can I try to get a full usable screen again?
