Try using the adjustment buttons on the Monitor
itself. They are usually
located at the bottom of your Monitor, or in a little
door at the bottom.
Meanwhile, What is the make and model number of your
Monitor? You can do a
search at the Manufacture's Site for the methods used
to adjust the
Monitor's screen.
