Hi Phyllis, Good luck with that one - especially since the tech couldn't help. Maybe try getting a different tech online to help? Is this the same Windows Live One Care that was a trial version last spring? I had that one at one point but when I saw there would later be a charge to use it, I uninstalled the program with no problems. It must have changed somewhere along the line. Debbie
