Phyllis, I want you to do a System Restore on a [3] Computers to see if you can get them back. Then uninstall Win Live One Care. I use Advanced WindowsCare v2 Personal because I had problems with Win Live One Care. Here is some information on it, and the Link [http://www.iobit.com/] to the Site.
