Jim,
Control A works great at highlighting all the emails.
Control C doesn't seem to work for me here. It does not work as a copy
command here. I can highlight everything and send it to another Outlook
folder ...by clicking on the "send to" icon but the folder isn't
accessible by the CD burner

I opened the delete bin, used Control +A
> to highlight all the messages, the I used Control C to copy them and
> Control V to paste them into the folder. If you want them deleted you
