Hi Sam
Jim may be in his bed at the moment dreaming about electric ladyland or maybe
having nightmares about Vista invading his network;-) so try this:
Open Windows Explorer and create a new folder called "Old Deleted Items" in say
My Documents. Now search your hard drive for the file "Deleted Items.dbx" You
should eventually find all your email files in the folder "Outlook Express" and
in this folder you will see the file called Deleted Items.dbx. Copy this file
and paste it to the new folder you just created "Old Deleted Items" (ODI), now
open the aforesaid ODI folder and you should see the Deleted Items.dbx file you
just copied there, now rename this file "Deleted Items Old.dbx". All you have
to do now is burn this file to a cd.

Jim,
Control A works great at highlighting all the emails.
Control C doesn't seem to work for me here. It does not work as a copy
command here. I can highlight everything and send it to another Outlook
folder ...by clicking on the "send to" icon but the folder isn't
accessible by the CD burner
