In your options menu, do you have it set to back up your document every so many minutes? If so, you may be able to recover your backed up document. Also, seems like sometimes the recovered document is saved with a different extension--darn it, I can't remember what it is. But the file location for either of these documents should be specified in your options menu under File Locations.
