1. Do you have an emergency rescue disk? If you do, put it into the
drive an reboot your computer. Let it scan your computer.
2. Try to get into safe mode by pressing F8 during the boot process. If
you can get there, can you go to device manager and record the types of
devices. You will need Video adapter, sound adapter and mother board
manufacturer and model. Download the drivers in advance.
3. Put the Win 2000 install CD in the drive and reboot.
