But not that often.  Try once a week.
 
When Windows runs continuously. it is said,  that it will  accumulate
minor corruptions to it's files over time that will eventually lead to  a
problem.
 
Windows is a self correcting Operating System and it reinstalls a  clean
Registry every time it reboots.  This is said to prevent the  accumulation
of corrupted files.  The first of six steps to correcting a PC problem  is to
reboot.   This is just a simple explanation.  Bye
