I don't really get it with Unplug n Play to be truthful. The only reason I 
can think of for systray items to not show up is if they are removed from 
startup. And the startup items are often placed their by software companies 
who want us to constantly see evidence of their programs and don't give a 
hoot about how much that junk slows down a computer.

Some people say to remove them all, unfortunately that is too simple a 
solution, Some items have to be there, like anti virus programs and some 
other programs that must run to support hardware.
