Hi Patty Here is what I consider to be sensible advice all the way from Scotsdale Arizone via the UK:
A) If your computer is running fine.....don't upgrade now B) If you have to reload WinXP for some reason, and if your computer is relatively new and upper end, then consider loading Vista C) If you are planning to get a new computer....don't buy one with anything less than Vista....let the manufacturer load it and that way you're sure to have the best/latest drivers available Item C is important because even if your computer is hardy enough to have Vista, many of the ancillary programs we all love to run will require driver updates. Some may not be available. You may also run into driver problems for peripheral pieces of equipment. As we say in Scotland ... It really helps to talk to folks who know more about this than I do! Thank you again... Patty Avast ye land lubbers!
