I know-I was getting really annoyed-so I asked him for the windows cd
that came with the new computer (which he finally gave to me)
when I also asked him for the other cd programs on my computer-he said
in order to give me the low price he gave me-he installed in from cd's
he already had
BUT I would still like all the paperwork that came with the actual
computer
When I asked for it-he said all I had to do was call him if I had a
problem or a question
which was still not satisfactory to me-but he is the only one who
really understands how important it is for me and my EXACT needs since
he does work for people in my industry in this area
so I guess I am stuck with him-LOL
