I'm not at all computer literate.
Using Windows Vista Premium, HP Pavilion m7750n computer, HP F4200
printer.
We printed some labels using a logo taken from an Internet site. Prior
to that, all was well.
Now I can't print when using "File", then "Print". If, for example, I
want to print something I've just typed on Word, Word closes, I'm back
to the desktop, and what I've typed has vanished.
Still can print from "File", "Print Preview", and also when using the
printer icon at the upper left of the screen.
My wife was doing the label printing, so I can't say exactly what steps
she may have taken. We can't find anything wrong, but aren't at all
sure what to look for.
I'd really appreciate your help (in very simple language)!
