In that case you have your menu toolbar hidden, there is a way to unhide 
it, but I'm not in Windows at the moment so I can't check to see how to 
do it. Maybe some other person who is using IE can weigh in on this.

I know there is a way to show your menu toolbar, I'm just not sure how 
to do it while I'm booted into Ubuntu.
