Well, as long as you don't need the extra ports I guess there's no need 
for another router.  Actually I've never had a router get fried because 
of a lightning storm. It used to happen maybe once every year or 2 to my 
old 56Kb modems years ago.  I doubt it would happen again unless you 
live in tornado alley or something, heh.
