Cookie  files are plain text so if you discover where they are stored you 
can read  them with notepad. I just tried to find them on my Windows 
drive but don't  remember where IE stores them so maybe someone else can 
help you with  that.

Cookies are stored in a MS folder in one's individual "User Profile".   The 
path can be typed into the "Run" box and is.........C:\Documents and  
Settings\Username\cookies .........Bye
