Yep Jim:
I've been fixing other people's stuff for about 55 years and I'm now  73.  
The only way I learned to make any money at it was to "keep it  simple".  I'm 
not sure any of us in these groups is a "Technician".   Some of us may feel we 
are "Advanced users".  The Windows ZIP program can  be used with the "Sendto" 
command which is a plus.  Bye
