You may it seems have a good case but I say again it is not good policy to use your natural frustration over this situation with stories against Dell or any other company on a list like this.

There have to be a lot of complaints and Evidence. As I said before you were lucky, I wasn't. I am negotiating with Dell now to take back the computer. There have been Emails back and forth. I told them that the Attorney General has agreed to take My case and they they will end up with not only giving me my money back but Having to pay a fine, so I am hoping they will take back the computer...or at Least make good for what's missing and pay for shipping back and then to me Again. That is the least they can do after they defrauded me. The attorney general is very interested in how they justify charging me what They did and not include the perks I ordered.
