Why then do you not teach folk that they can download drivers and how to use
Vista. Perhaps you prefer the business :-00

On the contrary, they have tried Vista for a few months and have often
found that their hardware does not work well with it or other reasons more
than just 'because they are used to XP'.
 
I am not advising for or against Vista - I am just passing on the
experience of my users :-) I think of about 10 Vista users around here, 2
have persisted with Vista. Although we are very much a Linux and MacOS
site these days, primarily.
