There's a program - probably related to IE7 - that's trying to start 
every time you boot.  It's apparently not an important program so I 
suggest you just disable it.
Go to Start, Run, and type MSCONFIG.  (In Vista just type MSCONFIG in 
the search box).  Click the Startup tab.  Look for an entry that 
mentions either MotiveSB, or SmartBridge, and un-check it.  Click ok and 
reboot your computer.  You might see a box that says something like 
"you've made changes..." .  Just put a check in the box to "do not show 
this message again".  Hopefully that will solve the prob.
