I saw several items that looked like they were installed apps, not  
part of Windows. You can easily determine which is which by looking  
for names from your list in the Start, All programs list. Those not in  
Accessories are those installed programs that can be dumped,  
preferably by using the uninstall option in the Start program folders.  
Those without uninstall options may be uninstalled using Add Remove in  
Control panel.
