I have a HP all in one, a couple of years old and I am having my first

problem with it. I know I can buy a new one for a third of the price,

but I have new cartridges and I am so pushed for time and would have to

go out of town for a new one. It just keeps saying that it is out of

paper, well, on the printer it says empty. It is not. No error

messages show up on my screen like it used to do, saying there is a

paper jam, etc. I HAVE unplugged/plugged it back in and I got it

going, but it only sends one copy and then goes back to saying it is

empty, etc.

Do you have any ideas? I know I have read where people uninstalled and

then reinstalled it, is that a lot of trouble and where do I go to do that?

Thanks for any help!

Pam in GA.
