[A-1-Computer_Tech] Difficulty downloading some online freeware programs....

When downloading freeware programs, I frequently experience the 
following in the Notepad window.....


For example, in attempting to download 
"Screenyny" - a portable application....

When I click on the link,
file download, and open.....

The result:
