Hello,

To get around that particular error, instead of just clicking the 
download link, right click it, and a pop up menu will appear. From this 
menu select "Save File As", and then browse to the folder you want to 
save the file in, and click OK on the Save As dialog. This will download 
the file to the location you specify, and avoid loading it into notepad 
instead.
