Ok, I am new to a pc and this may be a simple question. My pc was running slow so I went in to open tools and went to internet options, opened that and deleted my temp files and cookies and history. Then I went to start and clicked on Disk Cleanup and went through that. Now I was told that not matter how many times you delete something, ie: what I did previously, it is still there. Are there any other steps that I can take to delete further. I hope I worded this right. TY Everyone. Stacy
