Those temps seem a little high.  Did you check them at rest?  Or under 
load?
My E8400 runs around 45C  at rest and ups to around 55 or 60C when 
playing WoW or other games.  I think your CPU is rated safe up to at 
least 65C - and then there's usually some room after that.
When do you hear the noise?  Is it while gaming - or at rest?  Maybe 
it's the fan on your Geforce slowing down because it's not under load?
So you are probably ok unless you are hitting 60C+ at idle, and your 
case fan, cpu fan, Gpu fan, etc. are all dust free, then maybe you 
should look at the placement of PC (like put in a cooler spot), or look 
at the airflow through the case.
