my video card doesnt have a fan on it. its just a huge heatsink. i just turned my computer on around 5 minutes ago and the temp is aroudn 44-47 degrees C. when it idles it stays around 50. im going to probably just buy another 80mm fan and mount it to the side and let it hit the video card to try to keep it a bit cooler.
