Wendy Windows has a backup program, guess it may do in pinch. I use Acronis true image. Clonezilla is free. You may have to do some reading or work with it a bit.
You could copy your My Documents folder to a USB/thumb drive. Or to a CD/DVD. Depending on where you saved them, My Documents should have your documents, pictures and music.
