it was an exe. it just acted corrupted. first time we installed it was xp 
professional with sp2 on it. it said it said it was part of multiple disks when 
it was downloaded from dell.com so i updated to sp3 and it still didnt work. 
little bit later she came back and said she had it going somehow and she doesnt 
know what happened. never seen a download say it needed disks like that.
