How do I sync with google?

I need google to sync with outlook though too because I have way too much
information in outlook.

Janice

PS I went to acer.com and saw this information. I did download the sync
and pim but when I went to sync it asked for the ip/host name and then the
next tab over was usb port and it had a number in there which I did not
know if it was correct. I did find a place to tell me my ip/host name but
when I put that info in, it gave me an error message.
