I would think your tablet would already have the Gmail and Google 
Calendar apps installed - but if not you can go to the Marketplace on 
your tablet and download them for free.  Then they will auto-sync with 
your online Google account.  Search for "Google Calendar" and "Gmail".

You mentioned Memo's?  I don't use Outlook, so I dunno about them.  But 
they should maybe export from Outlook just like the mail and contacts.
