Hi everyone,
My husband owns a desktop computer with windows xp home; it's a quad core -
don't know if that helps. Anyway, about a month ago, my husband had a virus
problem, so he ran both Microsoft Security essentials, Spybot search and
destroy, as well as Malwarebytes. Soon after, he started getting the error
above and said that it had to close down, whereupon he restarted the computer.
This doesn't happen all the time, but we would like to remove the problem
without reformatting. We are both not really computer techs.
