The first conflict is in the RAM boards(4200/5300).

The second is, your motherboard can only handle 896mb RAM, even though 
technically, it is supposed to be able to handle 2gb.  So, Even though 
the 6400 allows has no 100% conflict with the motherboard allowing the 
computer to boot, it has the same problem as the first two boards.  
There is an 896mb RAM limitation on the motherboard.

You need to have your motherboard looked at.
