One option nobody's mentioned, which might cause fewer mail-mangler
problems, is mailing the ABC as an attachment. Then if you had a
mailer that knew how to deal with attachments, you just use the mailer
menu to save it.
A disadvantage of this approach is that some mailing lists don't
accept attachments, and some people who don't understand them get
paranoid about viruses.

I'm not a windows expert, and even if I were I might need to know what
mailer you're using, but see if it has an "edit" menu, and if that has
a "copy" option. Then select the ABC (by moving the mouse over it,
and hoping it changes color), use the "copy" option, and if
abc2win has a "paste option on *it's* edit menu, use that.
Here's an ABC attachment, so we can see if people can deal with it:
