It seems that BarFly is created by RealBasic. Right?

If so:
BarFly is a very good program that provides easy immediate editing, seeing
and midi listening integrated in the same view. As far I know there are no
comparable program for PC with same functionality. However, the latest
version of RealBasic is able to compile RealBasic code (Mac) to VisualBasic
code (PC). Could it be possible to create a PC BarFly version this way?
