No, it's written in Pascal. It's not the programming language that
is the barrier to porting it though: Turbo Pascal and Delphi for the
PC are both good development systems, but BarFly makes extensive use
of the Mac toolbox. While I'm sure that in most cases there are
equivalent calls available in the Windows API, the differences are such
that it would be a huge job.
If you really want to run it on a PC, there is a free Mac emulator
called Fusion available which will run it. Getting it working is not
a job for the faint hearted though.
