_Notate_, as in write the abc and get the dots printed, there's no issue,
you just do it. And the players will just have to know which pairs are to
be swung and which not (or abuse the "" guitar chord notation yet some
more to put a comment; or just a comment in the abc). I don't know if you
can get the output you'd want out of the player programs, though. I doubt
it, somehow.
