Hmmm ... This did turn up a bug in my jcabc2ps clone.  It handled the
inline key and meter changes without problems. But for some reason it
decided not to draw a clef.  The first example  worked  fine,  treble
clef and all.

This oughta work, of course.  I have added clef=none as a modifier to
the  K  and V lines, because I've needed it for producing things like
small musical fragments in documents, and pages of  manuscript  paper
with  just  the  staff lines.  My guess is that the K:none turned off
both the key signature and the clef.  I'll fix it, of course.

(Actualy, it's not that unusual to see music without clefs on most of
the  lines.   This is done in O'Neill's 1850, for example.  You might
think this is weird, but  I've  asked  a  few  trad  Irish  musicians
whether they noticed any unusual notation in their copy of O'Neill's,
and none of them even noticed.  I hadn't noticed until I got involved
with abcizing the book, and looked into supporting some of the things
that aren't in standard abc, such as a fermata over a bar line.)
