I don't want to sound like a skeptic, but does anyone know if this website
is credible? Who is Lolly Gasaway, the author of the site? A copywrite
attorney? An annotation on the web page says "Notes courtesy of Prof. Tom
Field, Franklin Pierce Law Center" (a center known for its expertise on
intellectual property law) but is this site maintained by a student who was
taking notes and had to put up a website as a course requirement? If so,
and the author takes notes like some of my students do, I wouldn't "hang my
hat" on the accuracy.

I'd like to accept this summary as authoritative but since anybody can put
anything up on a website, I'm usually a bit reluctant to trust website
information without some type of independent corroboration or other evidence
of the credibility of the site.
