To subscribe/unsubscribe, point your browser to: http://www.tullochgorm.com/lists.html
On that web page, select abcusers from the drop-down list, check the unsubscribe button and enter the e-mail address that you used to subscribe. Click submit. Done. It may take some time for your request to be processed, though...
