I love America too -- especially the ability to comment, from time to time, that everything isn't perfect AND that a few items might want to be closely watched.
ABC is a format used to notate tunes. Would it come as a surprise if a few of those corporations with their own agendas attempted to only allow public domain tunes (if they haven't been able to place those under their control) to be so notated?
