In a recent concert my choral society tried to do the right thing (knowing that the venues wouldn't bother) and inform the PRS about dates of concerts and items. We were bounced around between addresses to write to, they didn't reply to some letters and then gave the distinct impression that they would ignore any information sent anyway.
