Fixed the mismatched declarations/definitions Jesper found. Enforced some
Abi indentation rules, removed excessive spaces and such while at it.

And while I have this fresh in mind, is there an Emacs tag to give src files
so that Emacs understands:
1. tab=4
2. prefer tabs over spaces
?

Please respect the AW coding guidelines, tab=4. And we're *not* using the
GNU indentation style.
