More bug fixes for Header/footers. Now pressing "return" and deleting
blocks always does the right thing in a Header.
Could people try this again and report any bugs they find? I think this
code is now nice, stable and ready for 0.90 so others should to prove me
wrong. Where's Bob Seivers when you need him?
Also fixed the consequtive newline bug in lists. Lists turn off again
after pressing "enter" twice.
