autoheader

Ok, so I tried to run autogen.sh again.

I once committed a patch which removed a call to autoheader from
autogen.sh.  There's also a line 

AM_CONFIG_HEADERS(config.h)

in configure.ac.  Someone actually put autoheader back in, although I
don't quite understand why.

These lines don't actually work on my computer.  autogen.sh works right if
I comment them out. Why is autoheader needed for AbiWord?  We don't
actually use config.h.
