thanks for your answer. One general question:

Why do you guys change the kernel-image ? Isn't it possible to change
the bootloader ? Even to achieve the possiblitiy of the recovery
mechanism ?

Marvin24 proposed the following answer:
currently there is no known method to boot the .29 kernel with the new
bootloader. this situation may change when the .32 sources have arrived
(next week or so).
