Thanks Cathy for your suggestions. I am going to visit the client tomorrow to try to see what I can do. I will recreate the form where they enter the enquiries & maybe that will sort it. I've also just read about a /decompile command line option which could possibly help.
Thanks Trent for your suggestions. I will have a go with ldbView & see what happens. In the past I've too had problems caused by bad hardware, but proving it & determining which hardware has always been by biggest problem.
