Hi Trent
As you predicted the problems are down to network problems. The IT 
company have been to look at the server & have said that it's 
completely overloaded. It's a few years old now & can't cope with 
the load. So they should be getting a new server soon & the problems 
should go!!
Thanks for your help. I felt sure it was hardware, but just needed 
someone else to say the same.
