Doug,

Deleting that folder didn’t seem to make a change; I receive the same error as
before. Should I not be running the 4.4.00 version of RAT? It Is the same
version that is running on my temp audio system which currently seems to be
working fine although that system is 32bit XP.

Thanks for the help.

Hi Derek,

Try deleting the following folder:
  C:\Users\streaming.svc\AppData\Roaming\AccessGrid3\local_services\AudioService

An original copy of the Audio Service and rat.exe will be put in it's place the
next time the VenueClient is started. I'm guessing rat-4.4.01 in that folder
might have been replaced with rat-4.4.00 which doesn't support the -X switch.

My audio system has just stopped working, whenever I try to open rat through
the AG I get the following error:

RAT v4.4.00 Useage
Invalid address: -Xgeometry=300x300-400+705

I have restarted a number of times and also uninstalled and reinstalled the AG
bundle as well as all of the dependencies. If anyone has any ideas please let
me know.

Thank you,
